User Data Deletion Request

At Trustname, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal information.

If you have used Sign in with Google, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Facebook to access any Trustname service and would like to request deletion of your personal data, you may do so at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated personal data, please contact:

Please include:

• Your registered email address
• The login method used (Google, Apple, Facebook, or email/password)
• A brief description of your request

For security reasons, we may request additional verification before processing your request.

What Data May Be Deleted

Depending on the services you have used, we may delete:

• Account profile information
• Authentication identifiers associated with Google, Apple, or Facebook Sign-In
• Contact information
• Marketing preferences
• Support history (where legally permissible)
• Other personal data associated with your account

Data Retention Exceptions

Certain information may be retained where required by:

• Applicable laws and regulations
• ICANN registrar obligations
• Financial, tax, and accounting requirements
• Fraud prevention and security investigations
• Legitimate business interests permitted under applicable privacy laws

Where retention is required, the data will be securely stored and access restricted.

Processing Time

We aim to respond to all deletion requests within 30 days, although additional time may be required where permitted by law.

Third-Party Authentication Providers

Trustname supports authentication through:

• Google
• Apple
• Facebook

Deleting your Trustname account does not automatically delete your Google, Apple, or Facebook account. If you wish to remove Trustname's access from those services, you should also review your account permissions directly with the relevant provider.
