Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

Last modified: Feb 11, 2026

Fewmoretaps OÜ d/b/a Trustname.com (“Trustname”, “we”, “us”) recognizes the importance of treating everyone who is employed by or works with Trustname with dignity and respect. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced or compulsory labor, servitude, or child labor in any form. We are committed to conducting business ethically and transparently and to implementing effective systems and controls to safeguard against any form of modern slavery within our business or supply chain.

Our Business

Trustname is an Estonia-based private limited company (osaühing) operating as an ICANN-accredited domain registrar and provider of domain-related Internet infrastructure services. Our services include domain name registration, DNS management, privacy services, and related security features for customers worldwide.

Although Trustname is not a public company and is headquartered in Estonia (European Union), we are committed to complying with all applicable laws and internationally recognized human rights and labor standards, including where relevant the U.K. Modern Slavery Act 2015 and Australia’s Modern Slavery Act 2018 (the “Acts”).

Our Supply Chain

Trustname’s supply chain primarily consists of technology and service providers, including:

  • Data center and cloud infrastructure providers;
  • Registry operators and technical service providers;
  • Software vendors and SaaS platforms;
  • Payment processors and financial service providers;
  • Professional advisors and contractors.

As our operations are primarily digital and service-based, we have limited exposure to manufacturing supply chains. Nevertheless, we recognize that modern slavery risks may exist within global service and infrastructure ecosystems.

Risk Assessment

We take a risk-based approach to identifying and mitigating modern slavery risks. While we assess our direct operations as low risk due to the nature of our business, we acknowledge that indirect risks may arise through:

  • Third-party service providers operating in higher-risk jurisdictions;
  • Hardware and infrastructure supply chains used by technology vendors;
  • Outsourced or temporary labor arrangements.

We aim to assess suppliers proportionately based on the nature, location, and scale of services provided.

Due Diligence and Supplier Expectations

Trustname expects suppliers and partners to comply with applicable labor laws and internationally recognized employment standards. As part of onboarding and ongoing vendor management, we may:

  • Conduct reasonable due diligence on new suppliers;
  • Require confirmation of compliance with applicable labor and anti-slavery laws;
  • Include contractual provisions requiring lawful and ethical conduct;
  • Escalate concerns to management and legal counsel for review.

If we identify credible evidence that a supplier is engaged in modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labor, or child labor, we will take appropriate action, which may include requiring remediation, suspending onboarding, or terminating the business relationship, subject to applicable contractual and legal requirements.

Internal Policies and Reporting

Trustname maintains internal policies and governance processes designed to promote ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws. Employees and contractors are expected to act in accordance with these standards.

We provide internal reporting channels for raising concerns about unethical conduct, including suspected violations related to modern slavery or labor exploitation. Reports are reviewed in good faith and handled confidentially to the extent permitted by law.

Training and Awareness

Relevant personnel involved in procurement, vendor management, and compliance are informed of Trustname’s expectations regarding ethical conduct and supplier compliance. We are committed to continuously improving awareness and internal controls where appropriate.

Ongoing Commitment

Trustname is committed to continuously reviewing and strengthening its policies, procedures, and controls to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking. We will reassess our approach periodically to ensure it remains appropriate to the size and nature of our business.

Statement Approval

This statement is published voluntarily in support of transparency and good governance principles and, where applicable, pursuant to section 54(1) of the U.K. Modern Slavery Act 2015 and section 16 of Australia’s Modern Slavery Act 2018.
